The break was fun while it lasted, but this Saturday is my first event of 2019. Come see me at the REO Town Marketplace Winter Pop-up this Saturday, January 19th.
Doors open at 10 AM, and the event runs until 5 PM. Make a day of it! Come and hang out in REO Town. Grab a coffee at Blue Owl Coffee or eat lunch at Saddleback Barbecue before you head over to the REO Town Marketplace to buy all the things (1027 S. Washington Ave. Lansing, Michigan 48910)
2019 Events
I’m still working on my event calendar for 2019, but I will for sure have more events on the horizon. I’m returning to the REO Town Marketplace in February on the 9th for the 7th Annual Art & Craft Beer Fest. Not only will I be selling art, I’m also doing a cartooning demo!
2019 is already shaping up to be a fun year. I have another fun event in April (more on that later) and I’m waiting to hear if I got into any of art festivals and comic shows I entered. Keep those fingers, toes, and eyes crossed for me. If I get into all three of the festivals I applied to, I will be very busy. One of those festivals is the East Lansing Art Festival, where I appeared as an Emerging Artist last year. I would love to come back again.
Making More Art
More appearances means new art in the near future! I’m currently working on a new batch of pieces for my event in April. I also have other ideas in mind for the coming year. A new year of conventions, festivals, and exhibitions means I need to crank out some new inventory. I still have original art from 2018 available for sale in my Etsy and eBay shops, so check those out. This includes some of my framed Monster Portraits.
