My Three Panels series is a merge of fine art with my comic making background. These pieces each tell a story in three “panels,” similar to a comic strip. They could also be considered vignettes or triptychs. The majority of the pieces are made with watercolor, but some have details added with gouache or other media.
In November 2020, Snack, The Dive, and Market Day were for sale at the Lansing Art Gallery. They will remained on display there until December 23, 2020. I went on a tour to see them myself.
