Mark your calendars (hopefully it’s a calendar with pictures of kittens like mine). This August, I’m debuting a brand new ink and watercolor cartoon collection: Funky Florals.
This collection is still in its early stages, I literally started working on it Sunday evening at the studio. My concept is plants/flowers, but with a heavy dash of my whimsy and quirkiness. Think my Monster Portraits collection, but plants.
When Will Funky Florals Debut?
My plan is to debut my new Funky Florals collection at the East Lansing Art Festival, August 7-8 2021. At the moment, this is my only art festival on the calendar (fingers crossed for more), and I want to have something “special” for the weekend.
I’ll have other new art at ELAF as well, but I’m looking forward to making something specifically for the show.

If you can’t make it to the East Lansing Art Festival, fear not. My plan is to have the Funky Florals collection available in my shop starting (hopefully) Monday, August 9th. Newsletter club members will be notified first once the collection is up.
