Even though I’m done with art festivals this year, I still have a lot of other events. Tomorrow, I’m happy to say I’m the featured artist at Preuss Pets once again for Arts Night Out.
You can find me inside Preuss Pets starting around 4:30 PM and I’ll be there until 7 PM.
NOTE: Other Arts Night Out venues are open until 8 PM, but Preuss Pets closes at 7 PM. I will actually be there around 4 PM to set-up, and my set-up shouldn’t take me very long. It’s a shorter night for me, but that’s fine! It means I can actually visit some other artists after I’m done.
What Is Arts Night Out?
Businesses in Old Town host local artists in their shops for the evening. The idea is to attract people to the artists and the businesses at the same time. It’s a fun event, and I always enjoy appearing.
There are a bunch of featured artists around Old Town, so make an evening of it and see as many as you can. Here is a map with all of the participating locations.

Inside Preuss Pets, 1127 N Cedar St, Lansing, MI 48906.
The plan is for me to be by the big school bus inside the store. Yes, there is an old bus inside, or at least part of one. It is right by the entrance, so you can’t miss me.

Tomorrow, Friday November 4. My hours for the event are 4:30 PM – 7 PM.
Short and Sweet
As with my previous Arts Night Out appearance at Preuss Pets, my art for sale will be scaled back. Mostly, I will have matted originals and prints. Unlike art festivals where I have to fill an entire tent, tomorrow I just need to fill a six-foot table.
Much easier!
I also plan to have some “end of the season” discounts tomorrow as well. Time for me to try and move older art so I can make room for 2023 art.
My online shop will be updated soon. I decided to wait until after this event before adding more items to the shop.
