March brings not only a new month, but a new location for my art on display. This month, you can see my art on the wall of the REO Town location of Blue Owl Coffee (1149 S Washington Ave, Lansing). I have my remaining Monster Portraits cartoons on display, as well as a couple of new pieces in the series.
Artist Meet & Greet
Come on out this Tuesday, March 10 at 6:30 PM for my Artist Meet & Greet. In addition to selling all of the pieces on the all, I will bring some other things to sell as well (more original art, the Foxes & Boxes book, etc).
Three Blue Owls, Three Artists
Make sure to visit the two other Blue Owl locations (East Lansing and Old Town) as well! Each has their own artist appearing this month too: Steph Joy Hogan and Seriously So Sam.
More Events to Come
But that’s not all! Steph and I will both be back in REO Town on March 21 at the REO Town Marketplace for an artisan pop-up market. Please come on out! It is “stay-cation” and Spring Break themed. Also, I’m returning to Summit Comics & Games for Free Comic Book Day on Saturday, May 2. Details are still to be announced, but I’m sure it will be an all day thing.
Then there’s the big event, one of my biggest of the year (probably *the* biggest). I’m honored to be coming back to the East Lansing Art Festival for the third year in a row. I’m very much looking forward to this event, as it has been my best event each of the past two festival seasons.
I of course applied to other art festivals for the remainder of the season, but selections have not been announced just yet. (And I’m on the wait list for a show the weekend after Free Comic Book Day).
