I created a screencast with Camtasia for my WordPress class for the MSU Evening College. I tried to embed it on my class’s wordpress.com blog, but it looks like that might be disabled on the free accounts (I will look into that later).
So, I emebeded the video in this post below, because I can. The whole video can also be watched on screencast.com. My years of video and podcast editing sure did come in handy.
This post just covers the basics of logging into the site and creating a post. I also touch on scheduling posts, creating categories and tags, and other small, but important things.
