This weekend marks my first appearance at the Ann Arbor Comic Arts Festival (formerly known as Kids Read comics). This is a free event, held at the Ann Arbor District Library in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan.
When Is the Ann Arbor Comic Arts Festival?
Saturday June 18th and Sunday June 19th (yes, Father’s Day, I know). The hours are 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Saturday and 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM on Sunday.
Where is the Ann Arbor Comic Arts Festival?
The Ann Arbor Comic Arts Festival takes place inside the Ann Arbor District Library, in downtown Ann Arbor (got all that?) at 343 S. Fifth St.
Here’s a map.
Where Am I at the Ann Arbor Comic Arts Festival?
Table 19, not far from the entrance to the library.
What Will I Have For Sale at the Ann Arbor Comic Arts Festival?
A2CAF has artists split a six-foot table, so my offerings might be limited compared to other shows. I won’t know all of what I can do until I get there and set-up (and it might require some creative arranging).
But, I plan on offering:
- My new 2016 coloring book.
- My 2016 Hourly Comics Collection.
- Small cartoon prints (I’m sold out of my Big Monster 11×17 print, but you can still buy it online).
- Buttons and stickers.
- Random Cartoon commissions.
Come see me this weekend! The Ann Arbor Comic Arts Festival is a FREE event, and all ages!
