Here is another batch of photos I took while being a part of the 2010 Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk at Lansing’s Potter Park Zoo. See part one here.
Hooray! A tortoise! EXIF and more photos after the break.
Body: Canon Rebel T2i
Lens: Canon 55-250mm IS f3.5/5.6
Exposure Time 1/500 sec
F-Number F5.6
ISO Speed Ratings 800
Exposure Bias Value 0 EV
Focal Length 250.0 mm
I’m actually surprised how well this turned out considering I shot it outside at 800 ISO. I love all the texture, bumps and wrinkles on this thing. It appears to be staring at me as well, hmm.
One of Potter Park Zoo’s Bongos. I believe this is the female, Bella. She’s pretty. I shot this through a fence, and thanks to my zoom, I avoided the chain links.
Here are some piglets, and they don’t know the meaning of “sharing” just yet. While snapping photos of these guys, I saw something rather gross: another piglet was drinking from a puddle of water it was standing in, while urinating into the puddle at the same time. Yuck.
More tomorrow!
