Photo – Rusty Water

by Daniel J. Hogan
"We're gonna need a bigger fiilter."

Pre-production art for the steam punk reboot of Waterworld.

Taken in the center of the universe, Lansing, Michigan. I had to fight off a squad of ninjas to get this shot.  I have enemies. I showed them though. I used their headbands to clean my lenses. Yeah, buddy.

Look at all that rusted metal!  It is so old, and rusty.  Notice how WATER is a bit off center?  On purpose.  Honestly.  It symbolizes how we are all off center.  Oh, and that we need water.

I’m glad you survived the Ninjas, but I think you may have looked a little too deep into the lettering being off center there lad.

or maybe you were drinking too much rusty water and it has gone to your head.

…just sayin’

The rusty water keeps my hair shiny. Minerals, y’know?
