Convention season is starting. Well, next month at least. And the next month. I have not attended multiple conventions in the same year for a long time, but I am looking forward to this go round. I expect SPACE next month (Small Press and Alternative Comics Expo) to feel a bit different, but in a good way (my hunch is it will feel a lot like the MSU Comics Forum). Cherry Capital Comic Con is in May, which will be a fun time, as a bunch of my local comic pals are also attending (some will be at SPACE too).
I’m also busy practicing coloring drawings with watercolor paint, so I can jazz up my sketches at the shows. Here’s one I did for Stephanie as a test run.
