Big weekend coming soon. The MSU Comics Forum is the weekend of 22nd, and I’ll be there at Artist Alley. Working hard on finishing a new mini-comic to sell, called Chocolate Quest. An amazing title, I know, but sometimes simple is the way to go. No Filter Fox and HB go on a quest, for chocolate. Simple.
Inking Chocolate Quest, part 1.
My goal for Chocolate Quest is to tell a story with little or no dialogue–to focus on the visuals. I’m happy with the first strip, and I have the next three pages paneled or at least thumbnailed. I also have an idea for a fifth page to include in a possible eBook collection I would sell on Gumroad.
One thing at a time though. I need to have all four pages finished before next weekend, as I want to sell the complete story (and folks who buy the mini-comic at the MSU Comics Forum will see parts 3 and 4 early!).
