I’m back in action this weekend at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Fair on Friday and Saturday. This is my first time selling at this event, so I’m excited to see how it goes. Steph and I visited the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts a few weeks ago, and it’s a great place.
The Fair itself is in nearby Bronson Park, right by the front of the Institute, in downtown Kalamazoo. I’m in booth A20.

Like at East Lansing Art Festival last month, I’m only selling Found Cartoons. I’ll have large originals on canvas, and small matted originals too. You can also grab limited edition (signed and numbered) reproductions of some of my canvas originals.
Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Fair 2025 Hours:
Friday, June 6: 3 PM – 8 PM
Saturday, June 7: 9 AM – 5 PM
On Site Livestream: I’m planning on doing short Twitch livestreams from my tent on Friday at approximately 2:30 PM and Saturday at approximately 8:30 AM. Hopefully I can actually do these this time. Both days of East Lansing Art Festival I had issues to deal with during my planned streaming times. Fingers crossed!

If you aren’t familiar with Discord, think of it as a hyper-focused personalized social media or a reddit just for me and my followers. There’s different channels for different topics, like old school chat rooms. For example, you can check out the books channel and write about a book you’re currently reading. I also have a channel for others to share their own art.
Discord can be a lot to take in at first, but once you get the hang of it, there’s a lot to love, especially for small niche groups. The best part is, I don’t have to fight against an algorithm for followers to see what I post.
