Here are answers to your burning frequently asked questions (FAQ).
- When will my items ship?
- Original art, prints, and books handled by me typically ship within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received.
- My shirts are handled by Printful and they have their own shipping process. The shirts are printed to order, so it will take some extra time.
- How are my items shipped?
- I currently ship all items First Class Package via USPS, unless there are special circumstances.
- Will I get a tracking number for my order?
- Yes! I will email you a package tracking number after the item ships. Please make sure the email address you use at checkout is correct! Otherwise, I can’t send you a tracking number or contact you.
- My shirts are handled by Printful, so they should send you any tracking information they have.
- My items haven’t arrived, what should I do?
- Are you in the USA? Has it been more than a couple of weeks since the item(s) shipped? If the answer is YES to both, contact me. If it hadn’t been more than a couple of weeks, give it a little more time. If you are outside of the USA, shipping takes longer.
- NOTE: shirts are handled by Printful and they take longer to ship because they are printed to order. They also handle the shipping so you will have to contact them.
- Do you offer commissions?
- Yes! Visit my Commissions page.
- I found your art for sale on another site, should I buy it there?
- The only other official places to buy my art are society6, Etsy, and my Facebook/Instagram pages. You can also buy the Foxes & Boxes book on Amazon. If you find my art for sale on another website, DON’T BUY IT but let me know.
- Where are you selling in person next?
- Keep your eyes on my Appearances page or sign up for my newsletter.
- Did you go to art school?
- Nope. I went to school for film, video, and animation but not art (although there is some overlap). I’m self-taught when it comes to most of it, but I have been taking online art classes to sharpen my skills.
