I’m excited to return to Lansing’s Old Town for Arts Night Out tomorrow! You can find me inside Preuss Pets starting at 5PM and I’ll be there until 8PM.
What is Arts Night Out?
This event has local businesses in Old Town featuring artists. The idea is to attract people to the artists and the businesses at the same time. It’s a fun event, and I always enjoy appearing.
There are a bunch of featured artists around Old Town, so make an evening of it and see as many as you can. Here is a map with all of the participating locations.
Where to Find Me:
Inside Preuss Pets, 1127 N Cedar St, Lansing, MI 48906. I don’t know exactly where I will be in the store yet, but just look for my table full of art. I’ll also post pictures on Instagram once I’m all set up.
When:
Tomorrow, Friday September 9. Hours for the event are 5PM – 8PM.
I’ll have a few new ScrapToons with me tomorrow, along with various prints and other original art. Because of the small scale, and time, of the event, I’m not bringing any framed art. Don’t worry, I will have plenty of fun cartoony goodness on display.
And if you have never been to Preuss Pets before, I highly recommend walking around, especially the fish area. It is a gorgeous store, with all kinds of fun animals.
While the store is mostly known for its fish, birds, and exotic pets, they have plenty of goodies for cats and dogs. I bought our cats a fun puzzle feeder from Preuss recently, and they love it (and the treats I bought as well).
