Big Cat Naps (and Links)

No, these are not my latest batch of foster cats. These happen to be a pair of Snow Leopards at Lansing’s Potter Park Zoo. They may look cuddly, but I am certain they would not want to snuggle with you–unless you were wearing meat pajamas, which I wouldn’t really recommend, as I have seen what they can do to chunks of meat.
No love bites here!
Joking aside, these are gorgeous animals which are, sadly, endangered. Fun Fact™ — one time I was at Potter Park Zoo and I heard what sounded like someone calling for help. Turns out, it was just one of these darling beasts. Kind of creepy, but fascinating at the same time–just like my one man show about The Brady Bunch.
